Shipping from Las Vegas

VEYANA® ships orders within the United States from Las Vegas, Nevada. Available delivery services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Order processing

Most orders ship the same day they are placed. Same-day shipment is not guaranteed. Order volume, product availability, payment review and carrier collection schedules can affect when an order leaves our facility. If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before purchasing.

Shipping charges

Standard US shipping is $5 for orders under $50 and free for orders of $50 or more, based on the qualifying order total shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are shown separately. Any available additional delivery options and their charges are displayed at checkout.

Delivery timing and tracking

Delivery time depends on the carrier and destination after the order ships. A carrier estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can affect delivery. Use the tracking information provided with your shipment to follow its progress.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect or tracking shows a missing, delayed or damaged delivery. We will review the order and help investigate with the carrier. Changes may not be possible after an order has shipped. Our Return and refund policy explains return requests.

If shipment is delayed

If we cannot ship within a promised shipping timeframe, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and give you the choice to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund, as required by applicable law.
