Recurring orders

When you choose Subscribe and save, you authorize VEYANA® to charge your selected payment method automatically and send the selected quantity at the recurring interval shown at checkout. Your subscription continues until you cancel it. A one-time purchase does not renew.

Subscription options

The 1 month option includes 1 bag for $39.99 each month. The 2 months option includes 2 bags for $59.99 every 2 months. The 3 months option includes 3 bags for $79.99 every 3 months. These amounts are charged per shipment, not per month for the multi-month options. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. Your checkout and subscription confirmation show the terms for your selected plan.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Open Manage subscriptions, sign in using the email address associated with your order and select your subscription to review the next billing date and available management options. Cancel before the next renewal is processed to avoid that renewal charge. You can also ask for help through our contact form or call 702-445-9201.

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel an order already charged or shipped. If a renewal has just processed, contact us promptly. Most orders ship the same day, so we may be unable to stop fulfillment.

Billing changes and payment issues

We will communicate material changes to recurring prices or subscription terms before they apply, as required by law. You may cancel future renewals if you do not wish to continue. Keep your payment and delivery information current. If a payment cannot be processed, your order may be delayed and we may contact you to resolve it.

Returns and product problems

Subscription shipments are covered by our Return and refund policy, including the 30-day window for unopened bags and support for damaged, defective or incorrect orders. Cancelling a subscription and requesting a return are separate actions.
